The Nexa marketplace

Nexa is a platform that connects customers seeking services with independent providers. Nexa is not the employer of providers and does not perform the services itself.

Providers are independent contractors responsible for the services they offer, their pricing, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing.

Bookings and payments

When you book a service, payment is authorized and held securely until the job is marked complete, at which point funds are released to the provider less the platform fee.

Service fees and taxes shown at checkout are part of the total you agree to pay.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking subject to the cancellation window and any provider fee disclosed at the time of cancellation. See our Refund Policy for details.

Conduct

You agree to use Nexa lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to circumvent the platform's payment or safety systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nexa is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers or customers.
